SEMH & Behaviour Support
Working with schools to provide support around behaviour and SEMH needs using a trauma-responsive, attachment-aware methodology, which highlights the need for unconditional positive regard in our interactions with children with SEND.
Services include:
- Twilight INSET training for staff
- Full day INSET training for staff
- Behaviour policy review and/or writing (in collaboration with pupil council and other stakeholders)
- Producing support plans for individual learners, which involves bringing together support networks to develop child-centred responses to behaviours that challenge. Providing training and FAQ support to all school staff to embed plans.
- on site shadowing of pupils and staff to carry out an assessment of need before provong a bespoke package of support.
- Support to meditate where placements are breaking down. Solution-focussed planning for next steps.
SEND School Development
We can offer a bespoke service ranging from support with school development planning for SEND, through to supporting setting up additional provisions such as Nurture Rooms or learners breakout areas.
We also specialise in curriculum support and review, with a view to strengthening your offer for SEND learners in your setting.
Working with you and your team, we will discuss your needs and understand what your aspirations and requirements are. After this, a project proposal will be drawn up with clear targets, outcome measures,and costings attached.
EHCP Writing and Quality Assurance
Fully qualified and experienced SENCOs available to work on a ‘per project’ rate, writing EHCPs for Local Authorities.
Fees are as follows depending on the complexity of the piece of work:
New EHCP - £150 to £250
Amended EHCP- £100 to £200
Minor amendents to an EHCP - £100 to £150
Checking and Quality Assuring EHCP - £80 to £100
Transferring a plan from one template to another - £80 to £100
Discounted rates can be negotiated in the case of there being a large need for one LA
